Tiramisu truffles – 101RECIPES

Sharing is caring!

  • 50 ml of coffee (= 1 cup)
  • 200g ladyfingers
  • 200 grams of mascarpone
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • Cocoa powder to taste

For the truffle tiramisu recipe, the first thing to prepare is, as always, the coffee, we have chosen Rubicone from the 101CAFFE’ Premium range for the intensity of its aromas, perfect for this recipe.
Set it aside to cool and, meanwhile, chop the cookies in a food processor. Add the mascarpone, sugar and coffee and mix all the ingredients well. Now with a spoon take a sufficient amount of dough to form the truffles, ie balls of about 4 cm in diameter that you will create with your hands. Once the balls have formed, press them lightly in the center with your finger to make the space needed to fill them with Nutella or other chocolate cream. Close the balls by rolling them well, so that the cream remains in the middle. Last operation: pass your cocoa truffle tiramisu (which you will have placed in a small bowl) and put them in the refrigerator. After an hour they will be ready to be tasted, one by one, in all their sublime goodness.
